With over 15 years of cross industry experience, Tashi brings a unique, multi-lens perspective to People practices, leadership development, culture-building and systems thinking and redesign.

She has worked with, for, and alongside leaders in business supporting roles, then in Talent Management and Organisation Development roles partnering with them, and eventually in Head of HR roles enabling them to thrive. Additionally, she has supported founders in building systems and processes for seamless execution.

Having experienced leadership from every side of the table, she understands both its power and its pressures.

Now, Tashi has built Morphoverse an organisation design and transformation studio to partner with organizations to tap into the unrealised power of human emotions.
